Your search will look for properties matching the values from both areas.
The more values you fill in, the more narrow your search will be and the fewer properties you'll find.

This will search for key words from within Property Name, City, Description, Benefits to Owner, and Can Add Comments.

Perhaps you wish to search for a home near Boise that has access to golfing and is near the airport.

Example: Boise golf airport

This will return properties that contain the key words Boise OR golf OR airport OR any combination thereof.

Exact Phrase Example: "Santa Barbara" golf

To search for an exact phrase, put quotes around the phrase. This will return only the properties that contain the phrase "Santa Barbara" or the word golf. Without quotes, it would return results with "Santa," such as "Santa Rosa."

Forced Include Example: +golf +Boise

You may make sure that a word or phrase is always included in your results by putting a plus sign (+) in front of that word or phrase. This will return only the properties that include the word "golf" AND "Boise" - for instance, you want a place with access to golfing, which is in or around Boise.
